Shipping
Policy: When you checkout you can select the shipping
speed you desire. UPS Overnight, UPS Second Day Air, and USPS
Express Mail will ship out the same day you place your order
if the order is placed before 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time. If
you select our standard shipping method, USPS Priority Mail,
your order is guaranteed to ship out within 5 business days
but usually ships sooner, typically within 3 business days.
USPS Priority Mail is the only shipping option you can use for
orders outside the United States.
Return
Policy: You may return product to us within 30 days
for any reason. You must pay for return shipping, and the
books must arrive in like-new condition. To initiate the
returns process, please contact
us. There will be a 20% restocking fee on most of our
books and DVDs.
